The most common reason for this is that your payment is "unclaimed". You need to check your email from PayPal and follow the instructions to "claim" your payment.
To claim the payment:
- Click the link provided in the email from PayPal.
- If you have a PayPal account, Log In. Otherwise, click Sign Up.
If your payment is not claimed, or you cash out to the wrong email address, it should be automatically returned to us by PayPal after 30 days. Please contact us after this time and we will happily return the payment to your Prolific account for you to cash out again.
Please note: Our cash outs are on Tuesday and Friday afternoon (GMT). Therefore if you cash out on a Wednesday you will receive your money on Friday. Please wait until after the cash out to contact us.
