Cash outs are usually processed quickly and efficiently, but sometimes they can go wrong. There's no need to worry though, as the money will always end up with you; it might just take a little longer. Read on for what to do when your cash hasn't turned up.
Instant cash out hasn't turned up
Occasionally, PayPal has issues processing instant cash outs. In these cases, the cash out is added to our queue to be processed on our next cash out day. We process cash outs on Tuesday and Friday afternoons (GMT).
For example, if you cash out on a Wednesday, you will receive your money on Friday. We'd ask that you please wait until after the cash out day to contact us.

My money still hasn't turned up
Check the status of your payment in PayPal, if you can. If your payment is cancelled or reversed your payment will automatically be returned to us by PayPal. Our Participant Support Team will return the payment to your account and let you know when this is done!
This process is called Reconciliation and will be carried out every Tuesday and Thursday. Payments are returned to us after 30 days, so please allow 30-35 days from the date of your cashout for your payment to be returned.
For example, your payment is returned to us by PayPal on the 30th day which is a Friday. We'll return it to your account on Tuesday, the 34th day.
If it's been 35 days and you still haven't received your money, just send us a message using the button below.
